Este artigo trata do imbricamento entre a Geografia Agrária e outras áreas de conhecimento, partindo do pressuposto de que todos os domínios, por mais recortados e definidos que sejam em si mesmos, mobilizam saberes de outros e se constituem em emaranhados com lógicas de exposição definidas, com linguagem própria, com personalidade temática e conceitual. Parte de considerações fundadas na obra de autores que teorizaram sobre os usos da Geografia na compreensão do espaço agrário e suas aplicações no campo dos estudos rurais.
Discorre sobre os usos de tecnologias nesta área de domínio e do uso da cartografia como uma linguagem que vem se constituindo em instrumento fundamental de compreensão da dinâmica ocupacional por atividades
econômicas privadas estimuladas e referenciadas pelo apoio de recursos governamentais e de políticas públicas e do enfrentamento promovido pelo movimento social. Tem o foco empírico nos estudos amazônicos e em autores que se debruçaram sobre a compreensão das transformações ocorridas nesta região ao longo de sua história, em particular a partir da segunda metade do século XX. Demonstra a importância das contribuições da Geografia agrária para os estudos rurais e sua natureza interativa e interdisciplinar para explicar os fenômenos recentes no espaço local e seus impactos no mundo econômico e social globalizado.

THE AGRARIAN GEOGRAPHY AND THE RURAL STUDY ROUTES TOWARDS
INTERDISCIPLINARITY

Abstract
This article discusses the overlapping between Agrarian Geography and other subjects, assuming that all domain, as specific and particular as they are, gather knowledge from other fields of study, constituting a intertwine of knowledge of defined exposure, with their own lingo, as well as their own theme e conceptual personality. Part of the founded considerations in the authors’ studies theorizes about the use of Geography to understand the
agrarian space and its use in the rural studies field. It discusses about the technologies in this domain and the use of cartography as a language that has become an important instrument to understand the occupational dynamics by private economic activities and referred by the government resources support and public policies facing social movements. There is an empirical focus in the Amazon studies and authors that have dedicated their studies in trying to understand the transformations occurred in the region throughout history, particularly from the second half of the 20th century. It demonstrates the importance of the Agrarian Geography contributions to the rural studies and its interactive and interdisciplinary nature to explain recent phenomena in local space and their impact in the economic and social globalized world.
