MORDER DE VOLTA: RECURSOS SENSÍVEIS PARA TEMPOS DE TRANSIÇÃO

Resumo

O trabalho insere-se no campo das artes visuais e investiga, a partir da articulação entre experiências pessoais, sonhos e referências teóricas, formas sensíveis de elaborar a angústia climática e existencial característica do nosso tempo. Tem como objetivo refletir sobre modos multiespécie de sobrevivência em tempos de colapso, explorando o imaginário onírico e da fantasia como recurso poético e político. Utiliza como método a prática artística autorreferente, associada à análise de autores como Donna Haraway, Anna Tsing, Carl Jung e Luiz Rufino. Os resultados incluem a criação de obras visuais que propõem relações de afeto e colaboração entre humanos e não-humanos, como no caso da figura do jacaré, animal presente no imaginário infantil de uma das autoras. Conclui-se que a convivência simbólica e a escuta dos sonhos possibilitam alternativas imaginativas de cuidado, resistência e reinvenção diante de um mundo em ruínas.

BITING BACK: SENSITIVE RESOURCES FOR TIMES OF TRANSITION

Abstract

This work is situated within the field of visual arts and investigates, through the articulation of personal experiences, dreams, and theoretical references, sensitive ways of processing the climatic and existential anguish characteristic of our time. Its aim is to reflect on multispecies modes of survival in times of collapse, exploring oneiric and fantastical imaginaries as poetic and political resources. The methodology is based on an autoreferential artistic practice, combined with the analysis of authors such as Donna Haraway, Anna Tsing, Carl Jung, and Luiz Rufino. The results include the creation of visual works that propose relationships of affection and collaboration between humans and non-humans, as in the case of the figure of the alligator, an animal present in the childhood imagination of one of the authors. It is concluded that symbolic coexistence and attentiveness to dreams enable imaginative alternatives of care, resistance, and reinvention in the face of a world in ruins.
