FICÇÕES MIRIÁPODES EM TEMPOS DE CIBORGUES

Resumo

Que fabulações podem germinar em tempos de desastres ecológicos? De que modos podemos cultivar relações mais atentas com os demais seres que habitam o planeta para seguirmos vivendo e contando as estórias dos múltiplos mundos que lutam para permanecer existindo em meio à catástrofe? Esses são alguns dos questionamentos que guiam este texto, trafegando entre as ficções e fabulações especulativas de Donna Haraway, Ursula Le Guin e Vinciane Despret para questionarmos os modos de existência que se impõem como hegemônicos e imaginarmos outras possibilidades de vida no Antropoceno. Apostamos no potencial inventivo da ficção e da fabulação como meios de se traçarem ciências mais plurais, mais abertas à diferença, a fim de encararmos a catástrofe que se anuncia.

MYRIAPOD FICTIONS IN TIMES OF CYBORGS

Abstract

Which fabulations can germinate in times of ecological disasters? How can we cultivate more attentive relationships with the other beings that inhabit the planet so that we can keep living and telling the stories of the multiple worlds that are fighting to remain existing in the midst of catastrophe? These are some of the questions that guide this text, moving between the fictions and speculative fabulations of Donna Haraway, Ursula Le Guin and Vinciane Despret in order to question the modes of existence that impose themselves as hegemonic and imagine other possibilities of life in the Anthropocene. We bet on the inventive potential of fiction and fabulation as means of creating more plural sciences, more open to differences, in order to face the catastrophe that is looming.
