DYSTOPIAN SCENARIOS, TRADITIONAL FEMALE PROFILES: THE CHARACTER MICHELE FROM THE SERIES 3% (2016) AND THE PERSISTENCE OF THE PATRIARCHAL IDEAL
Abstract
The present work aims to analyze the construction of the profile of the protagonist Michele from the series 3% (2016), showing that even in a scenario of representation of resistance, it is possible to observe the maintenance of patriarchal characteristics in her trajectory. To this end, feminist gender theories are used as a basis for the analysis. In initial observations, it was possible to notice that literary and audiovisual dystopias starring female figures have gained strength, in recent years, as a trend in productions made, especially, for a large circulation and commercialization, with the constitution and creation of the character Michele inserted in this context. Therefore, the work presented here will seek to highlight possible meanings raised by the object analyzed, based on its narrative and plots experienced by the protagonist.
