A EDUCAÇÃO AFETIVO-SEXUAL NO PROGRAMA VALE JUVENTUDE: PRÁTICAS DE GOVERNAMENTALIDADE DA SEXUALIDADE JUVENIL

Abstract

Este artigo é um recorte da pesquisa que problematizou com o auxílio teórico-metodológico de alguns conceitos de Michel Foucault a constituição do dispositivo da sexualidade como elemento estratégico de governo da juventude na contemporaneidade e sua articulação às táticas de parcerias público-privado diagramados no Programa Vale Juventude (PVJ), que constitui uma das ações da Fundação Vale, vinculada à empresa Vale. A Fundação Vale desenvolveu o Programa Vale Juventude no período de 2007-2012, promovendo a formação dos jovens sobre as questões de sexualidade. De uma perspectiva de uma governamentalidade programática a dimensão afetivo-sexual é inserida pelo Programa Vale Juventude num arranjo econômico para que a educação/formação dos jovens seja economicamente vantajosa e politicamente útil para a empresa Vale, a Fundação Vale, o Instituto Aliança, as Prefeituras e suas secretarias e demais órgãos parceiros no desenvolvimento do Programa, pois a governamentalidade desbloqueou a noção de população e de economia como governo.

AFFECTIVE-SEXUAL EDUCATION IN THE VALE JUVENTUDE PROGRAM: GOVERNMENTAL PRACTICES OF YOUTH SEXUALITY

This article is an excerpt from the research that problematized with the theoretical-methodological assistance of some concepts by Michel Foucault the constitution of the sexuality device as a strategic element of youth government in contemporary times and its articulation with the tactics of public-private partnerships diagrammed in the Vale Program Youth (PVJ), which is one of the Vale Foundation's actions, linked to the Vale company. The Vale Foundation developed the Vale Juventude Program in the period 2007-2012, promoting the training of young people on sexuality issues. From a perspective of programmatic governmentality, the affective-sexual dimension is inserted by the Vale Juventude Program in an economic arrangement so that the education/training of young people is economically advantageous and politically useful for the Vale company, the Vale Foundation, the Aliança Institute, the City Halls and its secretariats and other partner agencies in the development of the Program, as governmentality has unlocked the notion of population and economy as a government.
